Mr. Niru Dhinoja

1985 – First Journey

• Mr. Dhinoja traveled to Nigeria and entered the pigment industry for the first time. He began his journey as a Technical Director at Tolaram.

1988 – Return to India

• After gaining over three years of experience, Mr. Niru returned to India and joined Akai Impex as Technical Director. He successfully managed export operations across Asia, Africa, and Southeast Asia.

1995 – Riddhi Dyechem Impex

• With a vision to build something of his own, Mr. Niru established Riddhi Dyechem Impex in 1995, which now is a recognized Government Export House of India.

2002 – Gomati Chemicals Pvt. Ltd.

• After more than two years of dedicated R&D, Mr. Niru developed products that went on to become globally recognized and approved by multinational companies as industry benchmarks.

2013 – Shree Chemicals

• Expanding into the polymer industry, Mr. Niru set up a manufacturing plant to produce Carbomer, widely used as a thickening, suspending, and stabilizing agent in gels, creams, lotions, and pharmaceutical products.

2019 – Expansion through Colourscapes

• Entered into a strategic collaboration with Colourscapes to export pigments globally.

2020 – SisBro Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

• Established an advanced Azo Pigment plant focused on manufacturing specialty pigments rather than conventional Azo pigments.
